Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Full Platform Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of a Workday transformation programme covering both HCM and Financials. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving delivery across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of delivering complex Workday implementations, ideally combining consulting experience with hands-on experience working within end-user organisations. This individual will act as the primary programme lead, managing stakeholders, implementation partners, workstreams, governance, risks, and delivery milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Workday HCM and Financials implementation programme.
- Manage project governance, planning, RAID logs, reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate internal business teams, Workday functional leads, systems integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Drive programme execution across discovery, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare phases.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and Workday solution delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Facilitate steering committees and senior stakeholder forums.
- Oversee change management, training, and business readiness activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Support decision-making around Workday best practices, deployment strategy, and operating model design.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering full-cycle Workday implementations.
- Demonstrable end-to-end deployment experience across both Workday HCM and Workday Financials.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Workday implementation methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Track record of managing multiple stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor organisations.
- Experience leading testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed environments.
- Previous consulting background with a recognised systems integrator or advisory firm.
- Previous or Current Workday Certifications
- Experience working within an end-user/client-side organisation following consultancy delivery.
- Workday certification(s) or formal Workday programme delivery experience.
- Experience delivering global or multi-country Workday deployments.
- Exposure to Workday integrations, reporting, security, and data migration workstreams.
