This client International Company is undergoing a transformative implementation of Workday HCM. To ensure project success, they are seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Manager level.
The role will be hybrid, with a 60:40 split, 3 days in office and 2 days remote and the offices are fantastic!
The SME will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workday modules to align with the firm’s HR processes and strategic objectives. As the in-house Workday expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other business functions, ensuring best practices, compliance, and seamless integration with their operations.
Key responsibilities include: Workday Implementation and Configuration, Stakeholder Collaboration and Support, Data Management and Reporting, Phase 2 planning and strategy, Post-Implementation Support and Optimisation.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Workday SME or in a similar role, with a strong track record of contributing to successful Workday implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Reporting/Analytics).
- Aability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and integration tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and data validation best practices.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
