The Opportunity

We’re supporting a leading digital automotive platform on a key hire within their Organisation & Development team. This function focuses on aligning strategy, structure, people, systems, and processes to enhance overall business capability.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of Workday Absence & Time Tracking, driving optimisation, configuration, and continuous improvement within a global Workday environment. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders, playing a key role in both BAU and project-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Own, optimise, and maintain Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams globally
• Ensure integration across Workday modules and systems
• Support and potentially take ownership of Workday Scheduling

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence
• Proven troubleshooting and configuration expertise
• Experience with system testing and release management
• Background working in global or multi-country environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of Absence & Time Tracking dependencies
