Microsoft AI / Copilot Product Manager
£85,000 - £105,000 base salary + Bens

Permanent | London-based Consultancy | Hybrid Working Available
Are you passionate about shaping the future of work through AI? Do you want to be at the heart of innovation, helping organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot and the wider M365 ecosystem? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We have a client that are a specialist Microsoft consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering intelligent automation and AI solutions across Microsoft 365. Our work spans multiple sectors — from finance and legal to healthcare, retail, and the public sector — and we’re growing fast as we are already 80 people and have grown throughout the last 12 months and expecting this to continue. This is your chance to join a team that’s not only technically sharp but also deeply committed to making a meaningful impact.

As our new AI / Copilot Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering Copilot-powered solutions that transform how our customers work. You’ll collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to shape smart, scalable workflows that bring real value. Whether it’s helping a legal team automate document summaries, enabling a healthcare provider to streamline reporting, or supporting a retail chain with AI-driven customer insights, you’ll be at the centre of it all. You might also find yourself working with public sector organisations to improve citizen services or helping financial institutions reduce manual compliance tasks through intelligent automation.

You’ll need a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the broader AI landscape — but just as important is your ability to connect the dots between technology and business needs. You’ll be guiding product strategy, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that what we build is not just clever, but genuinely useful and adding value.
We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who hold — or are working towards — recognised Microsoft certifications such as:
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified – Fundamentals or Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
If you don’t yet have these, don’t worry — we actively support professional development and will cover the costs of certification as part of your growth with us.

This role offers incredible long-term potential as you’ll be working with cutting-edge Microsoft tools and contributing to a space that’s evolving rapidly. As Microsoft continues to expand its AI capabilities, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a strategic leadership role, shape new service offerings, and become a recognised voice in the AI and automation community. We’ll support you with ongoing training, certifications, and access to Microsoft’s partner ecosystem — so you’ll always be learning, growing, and staying ahead of the curve.

We offer a flexible working environment, a collaborative culture, and the chance to work on projects that matter. If you’re excited by the idea of helping organisations work smarter — not harder — and want to be part of a team that’s pushing boundaries, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
If you think this appeals, let’s talk. Apply now and help build the future of intelligent productivity.
